The agency is owned and operated by Charles & Gisela Cahill. Charles is at the helm, responsible for the agency's marketing and commercial risk development. Charles is a second generation insurance professional with a wealth of knowledge and experience having worked with numerous risks representing a wide variety of industries.

Before joining the Cahill Agency, Charles held the following positions; Life Sales for Banker's Life & Casualty Insurance Company of Honolulu, Hawaii; Reinsurance Analyst for the New York Insurance Exchange; Commercial Account Executive and Branch Manager for a Large Massachusetts Regional Insurance Broker.

In 1988, Charles assumed ownership of the Charles H. Cahill Insurance Agency along with founding Cahill Aviation Insurance Agency, Inc.. Mr. Cahill attended Northeastern University and The College of Insurance, N.Y.C.. He has obtained numerous Professional Course Certificates and holds Massachusetts Property & Casualty, Life, Disability & Health Licenses.

Gisela joined the agency in 1992. She is responsible for over seeing the Office Operations, Personal Lines and Customer Service Departments. She possesses great expertise in Automobile, Homeowners and related insurance coverages.

Before joining The Cahill Insurance Agency, Gisela held the following positions; Customer Service Representative, First Investors Corp., N.Y.C.; Reinsurance Analyst, Reinsurance Corp. of New York, N.Y.C.; Reinsurance Analyst, Lexington Insurance Company, Boston, MA; Account Executive, Policy Management Systems, Boston, MA.

Gisela attended The College of Insurance in N.Y.C., along with receiving certificates of completion for numerous insurance related courses and workshops, she also holds a Massachusetts Property & Casualty License.
